The Christchurch Earthquakes - A Living Hell

22 February 2011, the world watched in horror when a devastating earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale killed 182 people and left in ruins, the city of Christchurch. However, the rest of the world are not aware of the continued suffering of the Canterbury indifferent people continue to endure on a daily basis.

Average out at about 30 tremors a day. I know how I trembled when a minor earthquake - it is horrible, my heart starts racing, and I always if it is a thinking big.

Added to this there are many houses that are uninhabitable and will be destroyed. Others can be saved on the many people who live in these conditions day-to-day life due to unbearable stress and suffering.as much.

Christchurch on Monday, June 13th was again hit by two strong shaking, followed by a 5.5 magnitude and this magnitude was 6.One wonders just how much more you can tolerate the people of Canterbury.

All New Zealand's heart has been touched by the plight of the people of Canterbury and many feel frustrated that they are unable to help out in a practical way. Food, clothing, bedding, and other basic needs donations were almost overwhelming, but most of the way of financial assistance was the main way to help people.

When we face difficult times in our lives it is easy to ask "why this is happening to me?" Being an inspiration to us all the people of Christchurch to keep, no matter how hard things are getting. Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with them.
